Why is it so difficult for people to talk about suicide? There’s such a stigma around the mere thought of suicide which hinders people from even talking about it. Suicide is invisible. You never know if someone you love or a stranger you pass by in the street may have suicidal thoughts. But guess what.. talking about suicide does not make you suicidal! I don’t judge people who have committed suicide. I especially don’t judge someone who talks about suicide, or shares they have suicidal thoughts. I’ve even already written my suicide note. I’m not saying I’m committing suicide, but the reasons why I may I’ve covered in my newest episode of Coffee Talks, “Suicide Chic.”
